Wat Thanyaphon has Luang Phor Yim, a Buddha image in the meditation posture. According to history, its reverend that Luang Phor Yim shows a miracle floating on the water and appears at the mouth of Khlong Eight, between the temple area and Ban Tao Kae Phun around the beginning of 1867. Later, Pu Toh was summoned Luang Phor Yim and enshrined in front of the temple. At present, it has been summoned to be enshrined in front of the worship hall of Wat Thanyaphon. There is also a 100 years old of sacred Buddha image. This temple is next to a canal where visitors can feed a fish and a turtle at the turtle ponds.
